Delivery options

We pick the best shipping method for your order, so the carrier varies — it might come via UPS, USPS, OnTrac, AxelHire, DHL, or Pitney Bowes (with USPS handling the last leg).

How long it takes

Standard shipping runs 2–5 business days once your order leaves the warehouse. No express tier — we’re not really a “need it tomorrow” kind of brand.

Orders & tracking

🏔️ Confirmation: You'll get an email right after checkout. Once it ships, tracking details follow close behind.

🏔️ Missing or damaged? If your order goes missing or shows up damaged, reach out within 7 days of the delivery date on your tracking and we’ll make it right. (This quick window is just for delivery problems — it’s separate from our 30-day return window for change-of-mind returns.)
